Researchers believe food and microalgae biodiesel


Researchers Canarian Technological Institute (ITC) in biotechnology have failed to produce new foods and enrich others, to create biodiesel and treating waste water with some microalgae and its derivatives.

This has been explained to EFE director of R & D division of ITC, Gonzalo Piernavieja, who noted that the Canary Islands is a world leader "in the subject because there are research groups working with algae from For twenty years, both from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and from the National Bank Algae and the institution he represents, created in 1993.
